Posolix is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Library of Medicine (NLM), ClinicalTrials.gov, openFDA or any other government agency.
Where the data comes from
Posolix collects records from public sources: ClinicalTrials.gov, Drugs@FDA and openFDA drug labels. We store versions of those records and detect changes between them. We don't create, review or correct the underlying records.
Accuracy and timeliness
Records can contain errors or omissions from the original source, and they reach Posolix on a schedule, so there is always some delay. Our change detection and normalization can also make mistakes. A record on Posolix may not match the official source at a given moment. Always check the official source before relying on a record.
Not medical advice
Nothing on Posolix is medical advice. Information about a clinical trial, drug approval or label doesn't mean a treatment is safe, effective or right for you. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional about any medical question, including whether to join a trial.
